The Face is sewn onto pink waxed cotton and then sewn onto blue waxed cotton and is topped off with a tiny sailboat hat. The is trimmed with adjustable straps, tan webbed handles, rivets, grommets and pink exterior pocket with a nose. It’s waterproof, soft and durable.
