Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Due to required manufacturing time, all orders are shipped within 2 weeks from the order date unless all items in the order are listed as "in stock and ready to ship." If you would like guaranteed overnight or two-day arrival of an order, all items in an order must be "In-Stock & Ready to Ship." All "in-stock and ready to ship" orders are shipped the following business day from the order date.
For any orders containing a full custom design product, there is a lead time of approximately up to 3 weeks for design and manufacturing. We can ship these orders via expedited methods, but we cannot expedite production required to design and produce handmade custom products.
NautibagsUS ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and the carrier selected for your shipment is based on the package destination, size, and weight of the package. Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the contiguous US States via FedEx, UPS and USPS Delivery.
Alaska and Hawaii Standard Delivery ships via USPS Priority. We also ship to PO Boxes in the US using USPS delivery only.
