Production & Lead Times

How long does it take to make my bag?
Every NautiBagsUS bag is handmade to order in Virginia. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Items listed as "In Stock & Ready to Ship" are an exception and ship the next business day.

Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping is available for in-stock items, but production time for made-to-order bags cannot be expedited. If you have a hard deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.


Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. PO Boxes are served via USPS Priority Mail.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS, selected based on your destination, package size, and weight.

When will my order arrive?
After your bag is made (5–7 business days), add standard transit time for your region — typically 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is expedited shipping available?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for in-stock items. Please note that carrier transit upgrades do not reduce production time.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my bag?
Because every bag is handmade to order just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your bag arrives with a defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.


Fabric Care

How do I care for my NautiBagsUS bag?
To keep your bag looking its best:

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade fabric over time.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Do not machine wash or submerge in water.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Can I request a custom banner or personalization?
Yes! We love bringing custom ideas to life. Reach out to us to discuss your vision — custom banner text, color combinations, or other personalization options. Custom design orders may have a lead time of up to 3 weeks.

Are custom orders refundable?
Custom designed products are not eligible for a refund once the design has been approved by you.
